Controversial YouTuber Jack Doherty secured a first-round technical knockout against Island Boys member Kodiyakredd at Brand Risk 16 in Miami, before challenging fellow streamer N3on to fight him next.
YouTuber Jack Doherty made a winning start to his Brand Risk boxing career on Friday, 16 October 2026, defeating fellow social media personality Kodiyakredd in just 30 seconds. The bout at Adin Ross’s Brand Risk 16 event in Miami ended in a first-round technical knockout, with Kodiyakredd knocked down twice before the referee stopped the contest.
Two Knockdowns in Just 30 Seconds
The contest was over almost as soon as it began.
Doherty, known for his controversial livestreams and online stunts, immediately pressed forward against Kodiyakredd, whose real name is Franky Venegas.
A flurry of punches sent Kodiyakredd to the canvas within the opening seconds. After checking that he could continue, the referee allowed the fight to resume.
However, Doherty quickly landed further punches, sending his opponent down for a second time and prompting the referee to stop the contest.
The official result was a first-round technical knockout (TKO) at exactly 30 seconds.
Although the result was decisive, it was hardly a demonstration of elite boxing technique. Both participants are internet personalities rather than established professional boxers, and the contest was part of an influencer-focused event.
Nevertheless, Doherty had secured a victory in his first appearance for the Brand Risk promotion.
Adin Ross Criticises Kodiyakredd’s Performance
The result also prompted an outspoken reaction from event organiser and livestreamer Adin Ross.
Following Kodiyakredd’s rapid defeat, Ross questioned whether the Island Boys member should be invited back to compete.
“I might have to ban him from Brand Risk,” Ross said during the broadcast.
Ross subsequently indicated that both Island Boys would be banned from future Brand Risk events. According to Athlon Sports, he told viewers, “We are banning them.” The length and formal status of any ban have not been confirmed.
Brand Risk Promotions has developed a reputation for staging unconventional matchups involving internet personalities, entertainers and former professional athletes.
Although the events attract considerable online attention, the quality of competition can vary significantly depending on the experience and preparation of the participants.
Jack Doherty Immediately Challenges N3on
Doherty’s victory was followed by another confrontation, this time outside the ring.
When Ross asked whom he wanted to face next, Doherty immediately named fellow streamer Rangesh Mutama, better known as N3on.
N3on was working as a commentator at the event.
Doherty continued challenging him during a post-fight interview, inviting him to enter the ring and agree to a boxing match.
However, N3on rejected the challenge.
“I will never fight you,” N3on declared during the heated exchange.
The confrontation also included personal accusations against Doherty. Such allegations should not be treated as established facts, and Doherty has previously disputed allegations concerning his conduct.
The disagreement between the two streamers is not new. Their relationship has been strained for some time, including a reported physical confrontation at a Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship event in June 2024.
Despite Doherty’s public challenge, no subsequent boxing contest between the pair has been confirmed.
Both Island Boys Lose on the Same Night
Kodiyakredd was not the only member of the Island Boys to suffer defeat at Brand Risk 16.
His twin brother, Alex Venegas, better known as Flyysoulja, also competed on the card.
Flyysoulja faced Jeremy Smith in a mixed martial arts contest and lost by first-round technical knockout at 1 minute and 58 seconds.
It meant that both brothers were stopped in the opening round of their respective contests on the same evening.
The brothers originally became internet celebrities in 2021 after their freestyle performance of “I’m an Island Boy” went viral on TikTok.
Their distinctive appearance and highly publicised online behaviour helped them become recognisable figures in internet culture, although their fame has also been accompanied by considerable controversy.
Both have subsequently appeared in influencer fighting events, with mixed results.
What Else Happened at Brand Risk 16?
The Miami event featured several other notable matchups.
Former NBA player Michael Beasley defeated fellow basketball veteran Delonte West by first-round TKO at 1 minute and 58 seconds.
Comedian and social media personality Deshae Frost defeated singer YK Osiris by second-round TKO, while Yera won the main event against Evelyn Ortiz by unanimous decision.
The event combined boxing and mixed martial arts contests, reflecting Brand Risk’s emphasis on bringing established internet personalities into combat sports.

What Comes Next for Jack Doherty?
Doherty’s 30-second victory has given him an immediate talking point in the influencer boxing scene, but it remains to be seen whether he will continue competing.
His challenge to N3on has already generated attention, although the proposed opponent has publicly rejected the idea.
The contest also leaves an obvious question about Doherty’s abilities as a boxer. A rapid victory against an opponent who offered little sustained resistance provides limited evidence of how he might perform against somebody with greater experience.
For now, the result is clear: Doherty entered the ring, scored two knockdowns and won his Brand Risk debut in half a minute.
Whether that translates into a serious attempt at further boxing competition, or simply another chapter in the increasingly theatrical world of influencer entertainment, remains to be seen.
